I made the decision this year to start running as a way to get fitter for dancing. And since beginning three or four weeks ago (when I could barely run 30 seconds without puffing and had convinced myself I ‘wasn’t build to run’), I’m now loving it, and up to about 50 minutes of run/walk interval training at least 2-3 days a week. It feels great to have set myself a goal…

I saw the Fair Lady article this morning, and loved what you said! I’ve just started running again and your words were very motivating! It really is a great gift!

Loved what you said :) I can’t make myself running again. I used to run everyday, but then I stopped and now it is hard to start it again.
