Getting silly at the Sunglass Hut Totally Wired Auction

Went to the Sunglass Hut Totally Wired Auction last night, held in aid of raising funds for OneSight.org, a charity that helps out people in need of visual aids (ie. a large portion of this planet). It went amazingly well – they managed to raise over R20,100 in under 15 minutes! Very cool. MC Nic Rabinowitz was hilarious, and the glasses they were auctioning off were utterly incredible, this pair being my personal favourite:

ALL the schlebs in Cape Town turned out. Richard, Raoul and myself got a little carried away with the silly in the photobooth though…

Seriously now, well done to Sunglass Hut for putting on an awesome event that supports such a worthy cause.
